70cl / 48% - A herbal, fresh small-batch rum from the eastern highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, Camazotz is made by Leoncio Gaspar using locally-grown sugar cane that is hand-pressed to produce a juice that is fermented and distilled. The palate offers grassy, woody notes with a long, saline finish that works well on its own or in cocktails.
