70cl / 50% - Named after a sea-worthy cannon from the 16th century – Culverin is created by Orkney based rum distillery J Gow. It uses high-grade molasses to create this unaged Scottish rum and carries notes of pear drops, cut grass, lemon pith and liquorice in the glass.
