50cl / 42% - Made in small batches from organic molasses, this rum is fermented slowly before distilling and ageing in ex-bourbon casks. Oak ageing has softened and rounded the spirit, providing a golden colour and pleasant notes of bergamot, vanilla, honeycomb and gingerbread on the palate, underpinned by a gentle ashy smoke.
