70cl / 36.4% - The five-year-old agave plants harvested to make this Tequila were wild-fermented and distilled in small-batches. The spirit was then matured in ex-bourbon casks for nine months, adding notes of marshmallow and black pepper to savoury palate of cooked agave and Gordal olives.
