50cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling - This experimental peated Irish rye whisky from Blackwater distillery was aged in a single ex-Ribera del Douro wine cask from Northern Spain, creating notes of damson jam, warm rye toast, Opal Fruits and a whiff of pipe smoke on the palate.
