70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling - A lowland single malt from Kingsbarns distillery, Doocot has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels, creating aromas of apricot, almond, fresh pastries, honey, poached pears and orange blossom that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of vanilla cream, peaches, plums, hazelnuts, biscuits and pears that linger in the finish.
