70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling - This five-year-old single malt was produced at Glenallachie distillery, using peat from mainland Scotland and matured in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximenez and ex-oloroso sherry casks. The sweet peat works in tandem with aromas of raisin, dark chocolate and stewed fruit on the nose.
