Description

Anti-Slip GRP Flat Sheets are ideal for use in any area where frequent use or exposure to slippery environments increases the risk of accidents.

The flat sheet features a durable gritted surface to ensure years of safe and maintenance-free service.

The covers also improve the appearance of worn or older floor surfaces. They are perfect for use in commercial building applications where it is important to maintain an attractive appearance and a safe environment. * 4mm Thickness * Available in a variety of standard sizes * Cut to size service available - please contact us **INSTALLATION:** We recommend a double fixing method for installing Anti-Slip Flat Sheet consisting of high-strength adhesive and mechanical fixings.

As an approximate guide, 28 No. fixings should be sufficient to mechanically fix one 1220mm x 2440mm Anti-Slip Flat Sheet, which is approximately 10 No, fixings per 1 square metre of flat sheet.

For adhesive, with a 6mm bead, 1 x 290 ml tube of adhesive sealant should be sufficient to bond one 2440mm x 1220mm Anti-Slip Flat Sheet - please note that the usage is entirely dependent on the method of application and the condition of substrate.

The BZP Silver Cutter Screws are suitable for screwing directly through the GRP and into a timber substrate. They are also self countersinking so will not leave any trip-hazards.

If the substrate is concrete, you will need to drill and plug, and use a suitable screw for fixing.
