70cl / 49.7% / Douglas Laing - A great single cask from one of Speyside’s lost distilleries. The stills at Caperdonich ran for the last time in 2002, so bottlings like this are particularly precious. Three decades in a refill hogshead has allowed this distinctive spirit to develop wonderfully.
