The Cadac BBQ/Plancha 40 is an interchangeable cooking surface that can be used as an additional cooking option on the Citi Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 FS, and Grillo Chef ranges of gas BBQs. The ceramic coated BBQ/Plancha is a half and half cooking plate, multiplying cooking options. Fry eggs on the flat side while grilling bacon on the ribbed side, grease drainage holes on the ribbed side allow for healthier cooking. Cooking area: 38 cm.
