50cl / 47% - A 2012 Folle Blanche Cognace from Domaine Michel Forgeron that was matured in French oak barrels for nine years, before being bottled in October 2021. Aromas of lemongrass and white flowers fill the nose, complemented by notes of white fruit, ginger, vanilla and oak throughout the palate.
