70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling - The first-ever whiskey to be released by Irish distillery Drumshanbo is made with a combination both malted and un-malted Irish barley, as well as Barra oats, to create a creamy, spicy character and is matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of dried fruit, sweet vanilla and peppery spice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of ripe figs, oloroso sherry, toasted oak and black pepper that lingers into the finish.
