70cl / 65.7% / World Class Spirits - A 2015-vintage high-ester Jamaican rum that was matured in an ex-bourbon cask for seven years, before being bottled in May 2022 as part of its Single Barrel Selection range. Aromas of butterscotch, apple pie, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla ice cream, banana, digestive biscuits, crystallised ginger and soft spices throughout the palate.
