70cl / 57.9% - Produced at the acclaimed Diamond distillery, this 15-year-old rum was distilled in 2006 using French Savalle stills and finished in ex-white Port casks. There are aromas of apricot, orange and stem ginger on the nose, complemented by vanilla, caramel and dried fruit notes.
