70cl / 55.9% - Made from molasses and distilled in 2005 in a single wooden pot still from the former Versailles distillery in Guyana. This decadent rum was finished in ex-Maderia wine casks, imparting notes of dates, raisin, toasted almond, candied orange and cinnamon on the palate.
