70cl / 55% - Guyana’s Diamond distillery is home to a range of equipment salvaged from the sugar houses that once lined the Demerara river. This big, rich rum was created using the French-made Savalle column still that was rescued from the nearby Uitvlugt distillery when it closed its doors for the last time in the year 2000. Finishing in an Irish whiskey cask has contributed an additional layer of complexity along with lighter notes of soft fruits and vanilla. Another great bottling from Tamosi.
