70cl / 55% / Velier - This bottling of cane juice rum from Grenada’s Renegade distillery was aged in a combination of French and American oak casks. Once in the glass with a little air it shows a bold, savoury character with notes of dark chocolate, olives and dried ceps bringing a rich seam of umami.
