70cl / 46% - St Nicholas Abbey's 5 Year Old rum is made with sugar cane grown and pressed on the Bajan estate itself and fermented for up to five days. Aged in American oak, this is fruity and spicy, with notes of vanilla, fudge, dried grass, white pepper, hazelnuts, and fresh coffee.
