70cl / 50.6% - The first release of Clairin Vieux Sajous from indie bottler Velier, made at Distillerie Chelo in Haiti and matured for four years before being bottled. Aromas of pineapple, crème Brulee, vanilla, lime and lychee fill the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper, coconut milk, sage, peach and ginger throughout the palate.
