70cl / 56.7% - A 2017 Vieux Sajous Clairin rum from independent bottler Velier that was distilled at Haiti's Chelo distillery and matured in a Lustau oloroso sherry casks for four years, before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of cherries, apricots, liquorice, chocolate, paprika, black pepper, heather honey and juicy oranges fill the nose, complemented by notes of mango, cinnamon, roasted coffee beans, wildflower honey, barbecued pineapple, banana fritters, cigars and apricot throughout the palate.
