75cl / 12% - The 2013-vintage Vinotheque Champagne from Telmont is made with a blend of 43% Pinot Meunier, 31% Pinot Noir and 26% Chardonnay grapes from the challenging, stormy 2013 harvest. Aromas of smashed raspberries and Timur peppers fill the nose, followed by notes of lemony citrus, ripe and juice raspberries, rose petals and hints of sea salt throughout the palate. Enjoy this Champagne as an aperitif, or paired with hard cheeses and cured meats.
