50cl / 40% - A small-batch artisanal rum from Old Mother Hunt - a micro-distillery in Strathaven, Scotland founded in 2020 by an out-of-work pilot and a harassed mum-of-two. This is full-bodied and smooth, with notes of lime, pineapple, freshly-cut grass and vanilla, and is at home in a Mojito, Tiki cocktail or simply paired with tonic.
