70cl / 40% - This spiced rum from Angostura adds a blend of Caribbean spices to rum from Trinidad and Tobago. Its label is inspired by the vibrant carnivals of the dual-island nation and its name ‘Tamboo’ comes from the the bamboo drum which resounds at the festivities. On the palate there are notes of vanilla ice cream, smoked cardamom and toasted cinnamon, which leads to a long and spicy finish.
