70cl / 59.5% / Distillery Bottling - This single cask was matured in an ex-Spanish wine hogshead and hand-selected by master blender Rachel Barrie as part of the distillery’s Rare Cask Releases. There are aromas of fresh cherry, cocoa powder and hints of vanilla on the nose, leading to notes of coconut milk, banana skins and clove on the palate.
