Epimax Ointment 125g Epimax Ointment is a paraffin-based emollient for the management of very dry, scaly or cracked skin. It is recommended for people with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or ichthyosis and may be used by adults and children as advised by a healthcare professional. It soothes and protects skin prone to dryness and helps reduce discomfort from tightness and flaking. This thick, occlusive ointment provides long-lasting moisturisation by forming a protective barrier that helps to lock in moisture. Its greasy, non-fragranced texture makes it particularly effective for overnight use or on areas of very dry skin. Packaged in a 125 g tube, Epimax is easy to apply and suited to regular use to maintain skin hydration and comfort. Epimax is a paraffin-based formulation containing emollient paraffins (for example white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin) which act to soften and protect the skin.
