70cl / 52.6% / Distillery Bottling - This cask was matured full-term in a Sandeman cream sherry butt and remains the finest expression from this distillery we have tried. Hugely impressive stuff, with complex fruitcake, leather and cognac-esque rancio characters, with a delicious sherried sweetness.
