Rich, sweet aromas of baked apple, raisins, sultanas, crème anglaise and toffee sauce over fruitcake fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark wild honey, apple strudel, fruitcake and dark chocolate orange tart that linger in the finish, alongside oak spice and a touch of candle wax.
