70cl / 50.4% / Gordon & MacPhail - This 1976 single cask whisky is an elegant snapshot into Banff distillery’s tumultuous history. It was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Private Collection range and matured in an ex-sherry butt which endowed this dram with aromas of toffee-apple, prune and clove on the nose, followed by marzipan, mulling spices and hazelnut on the palate.
