Pittyvaich was originally built to help with demand for Bell’s blended whisky but was demolished in 2002. This 30-year-old release was matured in a refill bourbon barrel and displays notes of dried pear, freshly sliced ginger, marzipan, apricot and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
