70cl / 50.7% / Distillery Bottling - A 36-year-old single malt from Glengoyne, matured in a single refill sherry butt that was personally chosen by three generations of the Russell family - Peter, Leonard and Tom - owners of Ian MacLeod Distillers and Glengoyne distillery. Aromas of strawberries, lime sherbet, mint, lemon meringue pie, stewed apples, cinnamon and coconut fill the nose, complemented by notes of tropical fruits, dried banana chips, chocolate, cherries and creamy sherry spice throughout the palate.
