70cl / 54.4% / Distillery Bottling - This stunning single malt was produced in 1993, a century after Longmorn’s founding, and matured for thirty years in a second-fill hogshead. The refill cask has imparted only light oak influence, allowing this famously fruity make to develop beautifully through the decades. Stewed apples and apricot jam jump from the glass, followed by aromas of coco butter and Mille-feuille. The palate shows notes of plum, pear and honeycomb with flakes of sea salt.
