70cl / 52.5% / Distillery Bottling - A richly flavoured single malt, finished for nine years in oloroso sherry casks from the legendary Bodegas González Byass. The second entry in Tobermory’s Hebridean Series, comprises whisky from the distillery’s well-loved 15-year-old expression, left to further develop in the cool conditions on the Isle of Mull. After more than two decades in oak, this is a complex dram that offers a palate of salted caramel, toasted hazelnuts, berries and dried fruit.
