75cl / 11% - Something of a cult white, the 2020 vintage of this single-vineyard Yarra Valley chardonnay is testament to the wine-making instincts of Mac Forbes. Balanced between rich fruit notes and acidity, the wine leads on the nose with bright citrus and ripe fruit. Mineral, pear and a hint of oak influence on the palate, before a saline twinge on the finish.
