75cl / 12% - Drappier Clarevallis is a non-vintage Champagne that is aged in the cellars of Clarevallis Abbey, which was founded in 1115 by Saint Bernard. Aromas of acacia honey, beeswax and marzipan fill the nose, complemented by notes of quince jelly, raspberry jam, warm brioche, strawberry and blood orange throughout the palate.
