75cl / 12.5% - This Grand Cru blanc de blanc from Bonnet-Gilmert was made from Chardonnay grapes grown from the Cotes des Blanc. There is an elegant bouquet of citrus and white stone fruit on the nose which gives way to brioche, honeysuckle and a light minerality on the palate.
