75cl / 12% - The vineyards of Henners are less than a mile from the sea in East Sussex which they farm with minimal intervention. This is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. On the nose notes of lemon syllabub and custard creams come through. The palate is all about green apples and fresh pear and a hint of lemon blossom. A treat with fish and chips.
