75cl / 12.5% - Vincent Bliard, based in Hautvillers, is now run by third generation family members Florence and Antoine. The domaine takes a hands-off approach to winemaking and has used Organic viticulture since its infancy – which allows the terroir to shine. This non-vintage Champagne is made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. It displays notes of citrus and white flowers but also hints of custard, apple and soft spices throughout the palate.
