Zirpine 1 mg/ml Oral Solution is an antihistamine used to relieve the symptoms of hayfever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and year-round allergies such as those caused by dust mites or pet dander (perennial allergic rhinitis), and to relieve itching and rash associated with chronic nettle rash (chronic idiopathic urticaria). It contains cetirizine and is described as non-drowsy in most people, although drowsiness can still occur. This is a pharmacy medicine, so the sale should be reviewed by the pharmacy team before it is completed. It is not suitable for everyone, including people with certain kidney problems or difficulty passing urine.
