70cl / 52% - The first rum from Hampden Estate distillery that has been exclusively matured in sherry casks, Pagos takes its name from the Spanish word describing areas of land with indeterminate numbers of vineyards, such as Jerez. Aromas of wax, chocolate, apricot, sugar cane, leather, mango and passionfruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of star anise, clove, petrol, chocolate eclairs, orange, quince jelly and ripe apricot throughout the palate.
