Tefin 150 mg Suppositories contain ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and are used for the relief of pain and reduction of temperature in children. They may be used to soothe pain associated with teething, toothache, earache, headache, sore throat, minor aches and sprains, and the symptoms of cold and flu in children. The suppository route can be useful when a child is unable to take medicine by mouth. Do not give with other ibuprofen- or NSAID-containing products. Not suitable for children with certain conditions, including stomach ulcers or some asthma; if your child has a medical condition or takes other medicines, speak to your pharmacist or doctor first. For use in children only as directed; for any use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, speak to your pharmacist. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
