70cl / 55% - The third in Orkney distillery J Gow’s wild yeast series, this was fermented with yeast isolated from northern marsh orchids that grow besides the distillery. The resulting rum was then blended with another rum made with a hefeweizen yeast, for a very fruity, punchy rum.
