Crafted from a blend of 70% wool, this short cape (also known as a mantle or shoulder cloak) is inspired by authentic medieval outerwear. Capes of this style were commonly worn from the 12th to the 15th centuries by both men and women, offering warmth, modesty, and protection against wind and rain.   Unlike full-length cloaks, the short mantle was especially practical for everyday use, travel, or combat, as it allowed full freedom of movement while still shielding the shoulders and chest.
