And you dont even have to be in the kitchen the measured values are send wirelessly from the transmiter to the main unit. So you can make good use of the time to welcome your guests, relax and have a drink as long as the roast is still in the oven or lying on the barbecue grill. You will be notified by a beep when the desired core temperature is reached, or the oven temperature is not within the programmed limits.
