70cl / 51.5% / Elixir Distillers - A single cask release from independent bottler Single Malts of Scotland. Distilled at the Linkwood distillery in 2010, aged for 15 years in a refill hogshead, bottled at 51.5% abv. Expect apples, citrus, and vanilla on the nose, honey, dried fruit and spice on the palette, and a long caramel finish.
