50cl / 45% - A 30-year-old Baijiu from Fenjiu, infused with bamboo for 21 days, creating a sweet character with pleasant herbal notes. Aromas of mint, pine, garden hers, honey heather and caramelised bananas fill the nose, complemented by notes of green ferns, pine needles, caramel, honey and warm spices throughout the palate.
