Château de Vaux This cuvée is made from Vielles Vignes which are located in the old Clos du Château, formerly surrounded by a perimeter wall. The particular climate of this Clos and its strong schiste slopes make this a quite delightful Gamay with aromas of black fruits and spices with a wonderfully length finish.
