Here, the Semillon and Sauvignon combine harmoniously to offer a highly expressive bouquet of citrus notes and jammy fruit with a hint of honey. Over an ample, richly extracted base, the palate displays a many-layered, persistent aromatic array of jammy orange and dried fig notes. Drink very chilled, with a seasonal fruit salad or blue cheese, for example.
