Stylistically this represents a sort of halfway house between Macon Blanc and Pouilly Fuisse. This has the floral quality of a Macon Blanc but with greater body and extract. Careful selection of grafts to match the correct soil-type is somewhat of a speciality and this, coupled with some meticulous wine-making, ensures wines that have vivid fruit flavours and excellent concentration.
