70cl / 63% - The Hearts Collection is the first collaboration of its kind between Appleton and Luca Gargano of Velier. Together they selected the vintages and casks to come up with this stunning collection. On the nose herbaceous, savoury character with hints of coffee, orange rind, plum, brown sugar and tobacco leaf. On the palate barley sugar, treacle, cinnamon bark, green banana, green olive, thyme and vanilla with a touch of salted liquorice and toffee.
