70cl / 43% - A wonderful Irish single malt out of the Ballina distillery in County Mayo. Made using 100% Irish malted barley, and triple distilled, this whisky was then rested in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-port casks. This comes together to create a soft, elegant dram with notes of plums, caramel, toasted, nuts, and soft Christmas spice.
